"Much of it (Presslie's unpublished fiction) is handwritten in Dad's terrible scrawl (pharmacists handwriting is famously about as bad as doctors). I typed up a pretty long story a few years ago, 'The Day After Eternity'. the sequel to 'The Day Before Never'.Unfortunately the laptop I used totally died and I hadn't backed it up elsewhere! 'The Day Before Never' was always my favourite story of Dad's. I'm sure it's wouldn't be a favourite of someone who has read all his work, especially read whilst an adult. But when I read them all as a kid, the one with aliens and ray-guns was bound to be a favourite over the more cerebral stories. Perhaps I should try again but starting with one of the shorter stories. There is one here which is even already typed up, at 10,080 words, according to his notes. 'Amos Basserman'.
